David F. Bunch

David has an extensive background and experience in all phases of commercial real estate, including brokerage, management, development and consulting, with an emphasis on industrial land. David has been involved in the development of five corporate parks.

A specialty of David’s is land assembly and the more properties, the merrier. He has assembled complicated sites for private uses, municipal, county, state, school board and college entities.

David is currently involved, pro bono, in the organization and development of Bonnet Springs Park, a 200 acre multi-dimension park on the former CSX Railyards.

He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, NAIOP and LAR. He is Past President of LAR, Salvation Army, Kiwanis, Polk Museum of Art and the YMCA.

David is a graduate of Florida Southern College and is married to active-volunteer, Jean. They also own and operate Bunch Ranch, a cattle operation, and popular go-to place for family and friend get-togethers.

Lisa Parks Abberger

SIOR, AICP

Lisa brings an extensive and unique set of skills to the commercial real estate practice. With a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning, Lisa worked for the two international accounting and consulting firms of Arthur Young and Ernst and Whinney (now Ernst & Young). As a Senior Manager on the consulting staff, she managed analyses for market feasibility studies for bond issues, working in various industries and on real estate projects. Later, as an independent consultant, her experiences assisted clients with Developments of Regional Impact, comprehensive plan amendments, and zonings. With over 14 years in real estate sales/brokerage, Lisa continues to apply customer-tailored solutions to meet the marketing, sales, site selection and property analysis needs of clients.

In her civic involvement, as a Tampa resident, appointed by the Mayor, Lisa chaired the Bayshore Boulevard Restoration Committee, a $10 million restoration project; served on Neighborhood Housing Services Board, and was founding president of Planned Parenthood of Tampa. As a Lakeland/Polk County resident, Lisa served as Chair of the County’s first Charter Commission, overseeing the voter referendum which passed the first-ever home rule charter. She served on numerous boards and in various officer positions including Good Shepherd Hospice, Leadership Lakeland Alumni, Bethany Center, United Way Allocations Committee, League of Women Voters, Harrison School of the Arts Advisory Committee, and Platform Art among others.

Lisa has been honored by the Florida Trust for Historic Preservation with a Florida Preservation Award for work in the field of restoration rehabilitation, and received a Certificate of Merit from the Florida Central Chapter of the American Institute of Architects for her support of “the profession of architecture and the community”.

Lisa is a charter member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, and a member of the Lakeland Association of Realtors, Lakeland Chamber of Commerce, and the Lakeland Economic Development Council. Lisa holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, having studied at the University of Utrecht, Netherlands and earned her Master’s from Florida State University.
